NOBS Turbo Delta Swings is a lightweight (but powerful) order flow delta tool for Ninja Trader 8.

It uses tick-replay data to calculate the delta value of each swing. The biggest benefit to this indicator (besides how easy it is to use), is that it’s fast-loading when used with other indicators which require tick-replay.

Matt Bowen has been working with delta since 2006. He originally devised what is now known as the Rising/Falling Delta algo. This looks for a change in delta over 3 consecutive swings. This works on all standard intervals such as range, time and tick.
